Terms and Conditions

1. Errors and omissions

These terms and conditions are designed to assist us both with the booking process.  The content, text and descriptions displayed on this website are regularly checked for accuracy.  We do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as is practicable once brought to our attention. When we are told of any significant or long term changes to the facilities described on our website we will always endeavour to advise you prior to departure.

2. Prices do not include

- Flights

- Car Hire

- Accidental Damage Waiver

- Holiday insurance.

- Provision of cots

- Passport and visa charges.

- Transportation between your home and the specified UK airport.

3. Booking Notes

A refundable deposit of £250 is requested to cover accidental damage that may occur in our villa during your holiday. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of the damage.

4. Special requests

Whilst we will do our best to comply with any special requests we regret we are unable to guarantee that they will be provided. Please check that your requests are noted on your confirmation invoice and notify us of any discrepancies immediately with regard to your booking.

5. Insurance

It is not a condition of booking that you must be covered by a travel insurance policy. However insurance is strongly recommended. For example, although the EHIC covers many things it will not cover repatriation costs in the event of a long period of hospitalisation.  The owners of the villa will not take responsibility for any mishap or injury that may occur whilst a guest is using the villa or its facilities.

6. Payment

A 30% deposit will be required to secure the booking and the full balance is due 10 weeks prior to the date of departure. A refundable deposit of £250 is also requested (please see 3. above). Bookings made within 10 weeks of departure must be paid in full at the time of booking.  Your booking may be cancelled if you fail to meet these conditions and cancellation fees will be incurred.

7. Changes to the holiday by you

If you want to change any aspect of your holiday after you have received your invoice, we will try and assist.  Changes to your chosen rental date may result in cancellation charges being applied.  

8. Cancellation charges

Should you wish to cancel your holiday, for whatever reason, the following cancellation charges will apply.

Important note: All amendments must be confirmed in writing by e-mail by the lead passenger on the booking. Please include your contact details so that we may confirm receipt. You are also advised to keep a copy of your correspondence, as this may be required in the unlikely event of any discrepancy. We will dispatch a revised confirmation detailing all of the charges incurred by return.

9. Changes to the holiday by us

In the unlikely event of a problem resulting in the non availability of our villa we will contact you as soon as we are aware of any such problem.

10. Force majeure

We cannot accept any liability in any circumstances where and/or prompt performance of our obligations is prevented by reason of war, threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, technical problems with transport, go slow, airport closures, adverse weather conditions or local laws and similar events beyond our control.

11. Flight times

Clients must advise us of their expected arrival time and flight numbers at least two weeks prior to the departure time from the departure airport.

12. Nights in the resort

In the case of villa bookings it is normal to have to vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure. Access to the villa will normally be after 15.00 as sufficient time has to be allowed for cleaning. Villa bookings are normally on day-time flights and any inconvenience should be minimal.
